Homes
Del Webb began construction of Lake Providence active adult community in 2006. At completion, Lake Providence will contain just over 1,000 homes. Del Webb currently features seven single family home models for new construction.  The two and three bedroom homes range in size from approximately 1,400 square feet up to 3,000 square feet.  There are occasionally re-sale homes available which may run anywhere from 1,200 square feet up to 5,000 square feet.  Most Lake Providence residents move here with no intention of ever moving out, so there may be only a handful of re-sale homes available at any given time.  We at www.LakeProvidence.net handle sales of both new construction and re-sale homes. Give us a call to discuss current availabilities.

Del Webb homes feature nine-foot ceilings, 2 car garages, 2 or more full baths and quality appliances. The exteriors are low maintenance with a fiber cement siding. Many of the homes offer some of the latest design features including open floor plans, upgraded kitchens and ample outdoor living space.

Home Owners Association
Home owner association fees are approximately $275 per month depending upon the size of your home.  HOA fees include trash pickup, basic cable, common area maintenance, the management staff, the Lifestyle Director, gatekeepers at the main entrance, and lawn maintenance.
